This morning's baking was cinnamon rolls to use up the rest of the cream cheese frosting.

I used the recipe that came with my bread machine. (Let me know if you want it and I can add it here) The machine mixed up the dough and then when it was done, I rolled it out (in two seperate batches), covered it with cinnamon mixture and rolled it up and cut it into 24 tiny slices. Then I had to let it rise again.

I figured it would take an hour, but then suddenly it was midnight and it still wasn't reacting the way it was supposed to, so I let it rise more overnight. Then it was morning and I couldn't wait any longer. In the oven for 20 minutes and then hit it with the frosting and let it get all melty.

Having now tasted some I'd modify this two ways for the future. First, I'd at least double the cinnamon mixture in the recipe-- I like my cinnamon rolls gooey, not just cinnamon flavored. Then I'd bake it for less time-- even at the lowest amount of time (20 minutes on a not very well pre-heated oven) they still turned out pretty brown.
