So, I finally got a cell phone of my very own, with a horribly appropriate phone number (the last 4 digits are 1980. I am currently trying to figure out the most efficient way to download about 50 '80s New Wave/Pop ringtones). As is my tradition with portable electronic devices, I would like to give it a name. And so far I have chosen names for such things from the names of British male actors (Ewan & Orlando). My current choices for my phone are Ioan (Gruffudd), Sean (Bean), and David (Tennant). Or I could buck the trend and call it Horatio or Sharpe or something. :D Any suggestions? He's a little silver camera flip-phone. I wish he would have come in British Rifle Green or TARDIS/Naval Blue.

Anyway, we still have no idea how I'm getting to the west coast or when.

Also, I want to read the Sharpe books in chronological order, and Cornwell just went and slapped the newest one (Sharpe's Fury! Due out in September!) right in the middle of the time line, so I'm going to have to stop reading the books for a while in order to wait for it, but I can't even pre-order it because I have nowhere to ship it to. ALAS!!
