Hello all. Not much to say as not much is happening. But I am getting to the gym every day. Haven't seen much weight loss yet, but my jeans are getting a bit tight in the thighs due to the crazy knee-rehab torture circuit my evil trainer has put me on. I'm going to get speed-skater legs out of this...
I do want to recommend the Podrunner podcast for those of you who do a lot of cardio in the gym. Each podcast is about an hour of music mixed to a constant beat... most of it is nondescript techno/house stuff and can be quite boring, but it does keep you at the same pace for the whole workout. The 160-170 BPM stuff regularly kicks my ass.
My parents ordered me an American Apparel cap sleeve t-shirt because I love my long sleeve shirt that I got in Washington DC so much. I think it's a little thinner, but I love it. It's navy blue with white shoulders and red ringer-t cuffs and collar. I need to collect all of their raglan sleeve shirts.
I finally used up my $10 iTunes gift certificate on a bunch of alternative/pop songs. I was hoping to spend it on the sound track for Bride & Prejudice, but they didn't have it. Alas.
