Hooray for gyms and computers!
Jan. 6th, 2007 01:00 amI'm actually starting to see some results from the gym, hooray! I don't have any bits of me attempting to squish over the top of my pants anymore! That's aside from the fact that I've got defined biceps and quads again. :) *flexes* Now if only I still had my lovely Hawaiian tan.
I think what really helped these past few days was the fact that because my computer is in my room, it keeps me much further away from the kitchen so I've been eating less and much healthier.
Plus, having my iPod back finally keeps me at the gym for much longer and makes me work harder. Before my iPod I was burning 4-500 calories in my hour on the elliptical machine... now that I've got it back I'm up to 6-700 calories on the same machine on the same settings. I'm just working much harder.
