Nano has eaten my life.

This is just a brief post to say that yes, I am alive. I have been doing NaNoWriMo and am still, remarkably, on track with my word count. It's funny, because every day I get to the end of my 1667 words and think "Thank God, I can stop. I don't know what I'm going to write tomorrow!" And then sometime the next day I come up with something that runs for just over 1667 words and runs out and I wonder what I'm going to write the next day.

But just squeaking by every day with my 1667 words makes me feel guilty for writing words that are not contributing to my word count... leading to my lack of LJ posts. I am turning into a word miser!
